When it all goes t*”s up..feel free to express your distress, as the sky will not fall in if you let it out…

Edward Monkton - Life

I was going to warble on about something completely different today but I have just had a call from a friend who is struggling to maintain balance and keep the commitments packed into the day. However, after a build up of months a life changing event for the family was cancelled at the last minute and there is now a struggle going on to make sense of it all and keep going.

So this is for you with my love………..

When you think you have all bases covered
There is still one that can change tack
Just remember your friends are there for you
Your audacious cape flicking pack.

It is OK to yell your frustration to the skies
Let it out good, loud and strong
If you keep the tin lid on this little lot
Your face will go a funny colour and look all wrong.

We are there for you to help you along
With texts, emails, calls and even a drink
You just do what you need to let it all out
Our loving quirky ropes will hold you back from the brink.
