A day with little ones plays a song that makes my heart sing….

Happiness with little ones x

Delight as blossom is gathered into little hands
And thrown high into the air to float free.

A long sugared ribbon sweetie shared between two
Giggling as they come together and noses bump.

A little one stopping stock still on the pavement
So she can concentrate on singing ‘You are my sunshine’.

The back of my dress becoming a great ‘horsey’ as we leave school
With all three little ones laughing and hanging on tight.

Helpful little girls filling tea plates with grapes
Eating the little ones because they’re not ‘proper’!

Warm little arms wrapped around my neck
With whispered words of comfort at the end of a long day.
