Look at the old patterns and routines in your daily round…what can you stop doing, change or adjust which will allow room for the new?

Every day old patterns and habits take place in our daily round which have crept in over time and are probably due to circumstances that are no longer there and therefore not relevant to how you live now.

Have a look at what you are doing and the patterns that dictate how you do things.

Have fun doing a bit of pruning and adjustment and let go of patterns that no longer serve you well or the ones that are completely redundant and you just do them out of habit, it will free up time for the new.

You may have a few good surprises along the way and I can also hear cries of ‘I can’t believe I was still doing that!’.

The new may spark different patterns that show you a side to yourself that has hitherto remained hidden.
