Breaking through my lack of confidence wall and actually getting two paintings finished…..

African sunset

I have been battling with a lack of confidence in my creative abilities and have been hanging in there hoping that sheer grit and determination would help me break through this veil, after all it is in my head so it is down to me to fix it.

The irony that I daily witter on about balance and trust is not lost on me and I think too much isolation has not helped me at all. Yesterday I took myself in hand and managed to paint and have a little ponder on my own balance. Upshot is I managed to finish two canvases…pics attached…and I need to tweak how I handle things at this end.

I am not getting out enough…all work and no play is hitting this girl’s creativity in a detrimental way…so today to hell with the housework….I am off out.

Catch you all tomorrow x

Lovely paintings, Jane. The blue of the bridge seems so positive, optimistic, and confident – quite unlike your mood, but isn’t that sometimes the way(?).

    Onwards and upwards, lovely Jane!

I love to hear from you and having different perspectives are what this is all feel free to let me know what you think.....
