When you are scared witless and need to keep moving forward then take baby steps…

I have been asked numerous times lately what to do when you need to tackle something that simply scares you witless and every time my answer has been ‘Take baby steps and keep moving forward’. I currently face a few rather well built walls and that is the approach I am taking.

I also find it helpful to restore order in other smaller areas; so I clear out a cupboard, tackle the leaning pile of paperwork on my desk, weed a patio – whatever works for you – then at least you can look at something tangible and say ‘I did that today’.

Keep your feet on the ground, hold hope in your heart and you might even find some magic in there somewhere……I am starting to.
