When you set an intention and then meet resistance…it is as if we are being tested that we really mean it…so keep on pushing through…..

I remember that when I started out learning how to look at things differently I heard the phrase ‘Set your intention’ and I wondered what it really meant. Simple really, it is about saying to yourself (out loud if it helps) something that you intend to do.

Today I sit looking at a beautiful raspberry ripple Peony in a lovely clear glass vase on my desk. I have finally stilled all the other activity coming my way this morning and my intention is about my writing and to me it is clear…I just need to allow the world around me time to catch up with my new intention.

It is about being very clear to ourselves what our intention is (we do not have to necessarily share it with anyone else) next step is to make the small changes around us that allow the intention room to breathe and come to life.

Keep pushing through with all the love and kindness you can muster when you are being tested and do not ‘let go’ or ‘let up’ on your intention.
