Pockets of love…some tucked away waiting to be re-discovered, some with a different feel, some with lovely memories that stay held in the heart just as they are…..

From the readings that I give to the good souls who sit in front of me there are many questions about relationships, love and past hurt.

I think that when you have loved someone that love does not go away; it gets tucked away in one of the little pockets in your heart.

If that love has good memories attached to it then they are held in the pocket and are as fresh as the day they were made. You may be surprised to find that when your paths cross again the love is still there and you can add new memories to that pocket.

If there is hurt attached to that love then maybe you can edit that pocket to store the good memories and the reason that love was created in the first place. This may just help you not to get bogged down so the hurtful memories don’t surface and bring the old feelings and emotions back with them.

If the pocket is just full of hurt then get your ‘wash cloth’ out and give it a thorough clean!!

We go on to create new pockets all the time so a bit of judicious housekeeping on our old pockets is no bad thing and maintains a good flow of loving energy …..X
