Universal energy, harnessing individual energies and strengths with team work.

There are a number of conversations and activities going on right now where team work is working beautifully. I may mention that there is energy all around us and in everything we do quite often and the eyes of my nearest and dearest glazing over is normally a good indication that it is a regular topic of conversation in this house.

Thinking that your current endeavours are going to go well sends a good energy message out there. Seeing a happy outcome from your actions also does the same thing as it is harnessing the energy that is all around us and within us for a good outcome.

The people that you are interacting with and the joint activities that you are engaged in are also tapping into this energy all the time. Think about the strengths of the people involved, the things that some people do with ease where you might struggle, the balance that makes any kind of team work successful. Playing to your strengths and those around you harnesses the energy in a way that adds strength and success to whatever you undertake.

None of us work in complete isolation all of the time.
