A glimpse is by definition an impermanent thing….

Right now what would you do if you could get a glimpse of a possible future; how your life would be, how different you would be, how the landscape would look and more importantly how you would feel if you brought to life the dreams your heart whispers to you?

With one glimpse how much time would you set aside in your days and what would you change to give your dreams the energy they need? The dreams that could be your future reality.

Resolve to let a little of the old you go so it allows room for the new you to emerge.

I don’t know if I would want to glimpse my tomorrows. Isn’t the mystery the absolute essence of living? Life, the big adventure? Like just now when I thought I had made myself a cup of chamomile tea and made a ginger one by mistake…hugs, Jane, many hugs..

I certainly don’t want to know and the older I get the more I bring things into the moment, because that is all we have. I gently try and steer clients in that direction too. I forwent all manner of healthy teas and made a coffee instead. He he….hugs for you Fred and many of them Xx ❤

I just had another thought….so still nattering to you, sorry. I try and create room for the ‘new’ too in my daily round. New things to try and do, so I am still exploring in this life adventure. Xxx
