Storm clouds, humour and keeping calm…..all part of life’s rich pattern.

Change can sometimes be a bit frightening, daunting or just plain scary, especially if we don’t see it coming. Not having time to prepare for a shock though can bring about some real changes, because the response you give is true. The adrenaline that starts to run means your instinct is the only thing you have to fall back on at the time.

Change can be a good thing; new beginnings start when old and established routines and ways of being break down, when something you had planned and worked towards does not pan out as expected, when you deal with what has happened and keep moving forward, when you run on your instinct and hold the belief in your heart that all will be well.

Change is necessary, so keeping calm and thinking your way through is energising and who knows what magic may develop as new paths emerge.
