A quiet mind and the inner stillness this brings….

Fear, worry, anxiety and any disturbance unsettles us; in that state we lose the ability to think clearly and we can get lost.

Our thoughts direct our words and actions and they in turn direct our life.

A quiet mind brings inner stillness and peace.

The glorious sunny freedom that this swan is relishing in! It’s cold and gray and snowy here.. but this helps remind me of those peaceful, relaxing days of summer.

Yes Jeannie it is bitterly cold here too and snow is threatening – there is freedom is all the twinkly lights dotted about isn’t there?
