‘One Lovely Blog Award’ and a special thank you with love and gratitude…..

Dear Steph at Certainly not lost down under has bestowed the honour of the One Lovely Blog Award to my witterings and I am touched and humbled that she has done this. Steph is a great archaeologist of old works of poetry and writing and her blog is a daily delight for myself and her ever-growing band of loyal followers. Love to you Steph and thanks very much for this award and your support.

There are no rules (yay!) and I would like to pass this award onto someone whose blog and friendship has come to be instrumental in my life. I love the analogies and perspectives that Jeannie at 1smiles weaves through her writing and I have learnt so much from her. Reading her writing is like tucking up in a good friend’s kitchen and having a ‘catch-up’ natter over a cup of tea and cake. So much has happened in the last few years that I haven’t had time to even acknowledge a lot of it and Jeannie’s writing has settled a considerable amount of past ‘dust’ for me and quietened a few echoes. For that I am very grateful and feel that she is more than deserving of this award.

Love and gratitude to Steph Certainly not lost down under and Jeannie 1smiles xx
