More time is needed for a sweep and a spring clean….

I thought I could manage to keep all my balls in the air
That amidst all this activity I would still have time to stand and stare.

You see things are changing again and quickly too
I am running to keep up with barely enough time to see things through.

I need some peace and quiet to work out what’s what
To ponder on what to keep and what to cut.

So my blog will be quiet for the next week or so
And on returning phone calls or emails I may be a tad slow.

A complete spring clean is much needed at this end
Before I lose all my hair and go completely round the bend….

Lose your hair, go round the bend? Oh no! Sounds like a busy lady … too busy maybe. Seems as if Jane needs to pamper herself a little.

    Blessings – Maxi

Hello Maxi how lovely to hear from you…I needed to step back and assess…stopping my daily blog for a few days was a good thing and I am spending a little time each morning (before the day starts) having a quiet ponder. Things change around us and we need to pause sometimes to acknowledge the changes and see what we need to do around them. I am getting other things written in the space I am creating, so it’s all good. Thanks to Jeannie I found your blog, which is lovely and I am following you on my RSS feed – take care, love to you, Jane x

Jane, we can totally relate to your current “busytime”. I had to do some of that early last month. We love you and will miss you and totally support your attending to your own priorities at this time. Look forward to many entertaining reports and observations afterwards, okay?

Anytime is good for spring cleaning. Sonia Choquette tells a story about a Salvatore Dali painting they had in the family for years, they passed it around and around. Finally she gave it away … Why ? Because they all hated it, it had no value to them.

It’s good to stop and see what you are doing and what you are hanging onto…a look at the ‘why’ is a good spring clean right now x
