Fighting change is like trying to push water up a hill…very tiring and you get wet!!

There is so much fear around change with folk getting bent out of shape and wearing themselves out endlessly trying to control people, situations and outcomes.

Hold your dreams and goals in your heart, act with love at all times, keep your purpose in focus and let it all unfold.

If much change is happening around you or you know that change is needed….breathe, relax and embrace it. Be the calm in the centre of the storm.

Things are exactly as they are meant to be right now and you do not walk alone.

Change is hard, but change is the only thing that doesn’t change. Change is a metaphor for life. Though I wish it were different. Great title, post and image:)
