‘A Beacon in Time’…a collaboration between Martin Shone and Jane Thorne…

Martin Shone and I have been creating again…….

A Beacon in Time

Light filters through our days and nights
light speckles and delights

sparkle and glimmer
twinkle and shine
we are the light
a beacon in time

infused with hope
laced with gold
light shining through
for a story to be told

light that lifts
that shines so fine
radiant and true
yours and mine

a book to be written
a picture to paint
hearts to be mended
to be soul-stitched –
– so quaint.

Some say when hearts break – that is sad. I reckon when a heart breaks, it allows light in – as I see your heart fill with more and more light. Happy for you Jane…my buddy, Eric 🙂

It may be quaint, but it is VERY timely and much needed, this type of light-and love-showering partnership! Hooray, Jane and Martin! Love you guys SO MUCH!
