Powerful emotions and time, as humans we have time…it may be a second, but it’s still time.

I found myself so swamped with emotion at the end of last week, I could barely draw breath or function. The scary thing for me is when this happens I can’t hear my inner voice….this girl is in trouble then. I was reminded that in our human form we have time, so I took a simple hour to relax and let things float.

I do not believe that we can control life or force events to happen and the past few months have been a living testimony to that way of being. I knew change had to happen as this new year dawned, so I took my hands off the tiller and opened by heart and mind to new opportunities. They poured in, and through love and listening to my inner voice, all flowed at it was meant.

On Saturday afternoon, during my pause, I listened on a soul level and gave my heart and head a rest. Following on from this my soul buddy is flying free today, as he starts a new chapter in his journey. I continue to learn to thrive exactly where I am right now.

There are times when convention, fear, circumstances, other people’s beliefs and convenience need to be stilled into silence.

Love is still the wind beneath our wings, wherever we fly too and whatever we discover along the way.

You sound overwhelmed, Jane. It brings to mind that little pond; a place for peace and solitude. Somewhere to take a “breather.”
    Blessings – Maxi

Hi Maxi, I was overwhelmed for a few days, but I took time to breathe and all became clear. I am now tucked up working away, sleeping well, eating fresh food and walking with Saint…it has all calmed down. Big hugs and much love to you xx

Oh, dear, dear Jane! I sense such a roller-coaster of demans on your ability to keep “rising above” and loving life just as it comes every day. Many prayers for you, dear girl!

It takes some a long time to listen – but true happiness comes only when you listen to your heart. Only then can you see your life for the fathomless mystery it is – in both the boredom and the crazy (I can’t do it all) of it. And then, in the moment you stop, you become one with the holy and hidden heart of it (of everything). Because in the end, every moment is the only moment, and the sound of your heart is the call of grace. I celebrate with you, Jane for truly this is exactly where you’ve always been meant to be……..here, this, now, love. ~ Always, Bobbie

Don’t forget to allow yourself a breath every once in a while! Is that an “original” photo so to speak? It’s beautiful, and the flooding of that road in many ways resemble the burdens of stress.

Hello Alex, life’s speed has ramped up lately, but I am grabbing time to breath. I also intend to do more breathing…just ‘being’ for a few months is my intention. Love to you and hope all is good at your end x

I love to hear from you and having different perspectives are what this is all about.....so feel free to let me know what you think.....
