Gifts of grace…..

A sky of milky glass as the tide arrives with a respectful hush and in silence life flows with shafts of sparkling light.

Deep gratitude felt for stillness and the graceful gift of vulnerability, as light shining through the cracks creates space for creativty and change.

  1. Thank you for the intro to the Emile Dickenson poem – it is a beauty! Your peaceful image over the waters had the disturbing effect of sending my thoughts to those poor people in Houston dealing with the deluge poured upon them by Harvey. It is good that most waters convey calm as does the man/woman – made stream in my back yard!

    1. Oh lovely Clare, thank you. Georgie rang tonight and said he’d read it four times and couldn’t grasp it! I feared I may have gone deep with this one. It was so peaceful this morning…I felt so grateful for the stillness and the sky was stunning. I’ve had a creative idea and am sharing it with a Facebook group…I’ll send you an invite.       1. I love these special moments of stillness and silence. Just like the turning of the tide they are followed by new activity. And Dickinson’s hope – her words remind me of that first moment when I first felt my unborn babies move!
